Abdel Banda
(Trustee of SBIG), Graduate of Delbarton School, former member of the Notre Dame University football team, and currently a country manager for Edison Chouset Offshore in Ghana. Abdel is a Ghanian-American who has been active in the formation of SBIG and participating in the delegation visits to Ghana.

Kafui Prebbie
He and his team organized the design and implementation of the computer lab at the Good Shepherd Orphanage.
Jim Hislop
(Trustee of SBIG), CEO of Penske Capital Markets, a private investment firm focused on the transportation industry. Jim and his team provide advice and counsel on technology matters and have assisted SBIG in developing a donor relationship with Microsoft.
Johnny Afetorgbor
Information Technology Specialist who works with Richard Killian on the QHP project based in Accra; Ghanaian Citizen. Johnny has been the team leader for the implementation of technology resources in Ghana.
Richard Killian
(Trustee of SBIG), former Director of the USAID-funded Quality Health Partners (QHP) project based in Accra, Ghana; U.S.citizen resident in Ghana for the past 5 years. Rick is a seasoned international health professional with more than 24 years of experience in the U.S. and Africa. He is currently the country manager in Tanzania for Engender Health’s operations there.

Ernest Boateng
Managing Director - Global Media Alliance based in Accra, Ghana; Ghanaian Citizen. Prior to moving back to Ghana, Ernest held the position of Director with MasterCard International in the USA with responsibility for international business development in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Ernest holds an MBA in Finance and International Management Strategies from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Dartmouth College, USA.
Tom Killian
(Trustee and President of SBIG), Principal of Sandler O’Neill + Partners based in New York City. Sandler is one of the leading investment banks focused on the financial institution sector in the United States. Tom has been primarily involved in the formation and management of SBIG’s activities in the U.S. and coordination of activities in Ghana.

Bismarck Diawuo
Zambia country manager for Agribusiness in Sustainable Natural African Plant Products (ASNAPP); Ghanaian Citizen. Father of Abdel Banda. Brings extensive knowledge of the local Ghanaian environment and implementation perspective and contacts.
Mike Moran
(Trustee of SBIG), CEO and principal owner of DDI Leasing which is a computer and office equipment leasing company based in New Jersey. Mike brings an in depth knowledge of computers and related technology to his role on the Board. He and his son, Mickey, participated in the SBIG trip to Ghana last year.
 
Tripp Smith
(Trustee of SBIG), Co-Founder of GSO Capital, L.P. and Senior Managing Director of The Blackstone Group based in New York City. GSO is a leading credit-oriented alternative asset manager with $26.5 billion of assets under management. Tripp has been invaluable to the formation of SBIG through his business acumen and relationships with the Notre Dame donor community in the NY and NJ area.
 
Thomas Killian, Jr.
(Trustee of SBIG), Class of 2010 at Delbarton School in Morristown, NJ. Thomas has managed the organization of book drives at Delbarton and other schools and libraries in NJ and developed the sbigonline.org website in conjunction with advisors. He has also been helpful organizing the projects in Ghana at BASCO and GSO.
